Prices
A creator sets a price either in SOL or in USD. USD prices are converted to SOL at the current exchange rate (the card then says Priced at $…, converted at today's rate), so the SOL amount shown on the button is what you pay. The approximate value in USD and EUR is shown next to it. You always pay in SOL – a USD price only sets how much SOL that is at the moment you buy.
Buying
A premium video shows a card with the price and what you get instead of the player. Purchases are paid from your BB Wallet:
- If your wallet holds less than the price plus a small network fee, the card starts with the step Top up your BB Wallet and tells you how much is missing. Show my deposit address reveals your address and a QR code; send SOL (Solana network) from any exchange or wallet. The card notices the deposit by itself within a few seconds.
- Press Unlock for … SOL. Your wallet signs one transaction that pays the creator, the platform fee and – where applicable – the creator's agent.
- After confirmation (typically 1–3 seconds) the video starts right away and you get a Purchase confirmed notification with a link back to the video.
Not logged in yet? The same card offers Log in to unlock – logging in for the first time also sets up your BB Wallet.
Videos embedded in an article or a chat show a compact card with the price instead. Unlock for … SOL takes you to the video's page; a private video shared with you in a chat opens the purchase card right there and plays in the chat once you own it.
A purchase is permanent: the video stays unlocked for your account even if the creator later changes the price or makes the video private.
Your orders
All purchases – videos and offers – are listed under Orders in your profile sidebar. From there you can jump straight back to the content.
Safeguards
- You cannot buy a video you already own; a second attempt is rejected before any payment is made.
- A double click or a repeated request is recognised and does not pay twice.
- If a payment is confirmed on-chain but the unlock fails, it is retried automatically and reconciled – nothing is lost.
