Humiliated while puking drunk

Added about 1 year ago.
It was a dark and quiet night, the only sound being the distant hum of a city that never slept. On the steps of a rundown apartment building, a young latina girl sat with her head in her hands. She was clearly intoxicated, her body swaying gently as she struggled to maintain her balance.
As people walked by on the sidewalk, they couldn't help but notice the girl's distress. She was moaning and groaning - her eyes closed tight as if she was trying to will away the spinning sensation in her head.
One passerby, a kind-looking older woman, stopped to check on the girl. "Hey, mija, are you okay?" she asked gently.
But before the girl could respond, she suddenly leaned forward - her body convulsing as she vomited onto the steps. The older woman jumped back in surprise - trying not to get any of the mess on her clothes.
As the girl continued to throw up, a small crowd began to gather around her. Some people looked on in disgust - covering their mouths and noses to avoid the smell. Others seemed more concerned - asking if someone should call for help.
But the girl just sat there - her head still spinning as she dry-heaved onto the steps. She was completely unaware of the scene she was causing - too caught up in her own misery to care.
As the minutes ticked by, the crowd began to disperse - leaving the girl alone on the steps once again. The older woman who had first stopped to help returned with a bottle of water and a towel.
"Here, mija," she said softly. "Clean yourself up and try to drink some water. You'll feel better soon."
The girl slowly opened her eyes - looking up at the woman with a mixture of gratitude and shame. She took a sip of water and wiped her mouth with the towel - still feeling like she was going to pass out at any moment.
