Schedule a video

While one of your videos is unpublished (inactive), its page shows Schedule next to the publish switch – the same button sits in Options → Video next to the active/inactive switch. It opens Publish later:

  1. Pick a date and time, or one of the quick picks Tonight 20:00, Tomorrow 09:00, Tomorrow 20:00 or In a week, 09:00.
  2. Press Schedule.

Times are your local time (as set on your device). A schedule must be at least 5 minutes and at most one year ahead.

Scheduling works for videos – not (yet) for images, articles or posts – and not for private videos.

Until it goes live

The video stays hidden from everyone but you. Its page tells you "Scheduled – goes live … Only you can see it until then.", and in your video list it shows Scheduled with the date. Visitors with a direct link see it as offline.

At the chosen time

The video goes live within 5 minutes after the time you picked and then shows up on your profile, in the video lists and on the board like any published video. Nobody gets a notification about it.

Change or cancel

Once a schedule is set, the button reads Goes live … and opens Change the schedule with Update and Cancel schedule. Publishing the video by hand clears the schedule as well.

Many videos at once

In your chat with BB AI you can schedule several unpublished videos in one go, e.g. "Schedule my unpublished videos, two per day starting tomorrow, morning and evening." BB AI shows the plan on a card and only applies it after you press Confirm (up to 50 videos; morning means 09:00, evening 20:00, in your time zone).
